SSC GD Constables 2023 Eligibility Criteria
SSC Constables 2023 Notification Educational Qualification (as on 01/01/2023)
Candidates applying for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA and riflemen) must have passed 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board.
The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10 from a recognized Board/ University. 7.2
Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as on the stipulated date will not be eligible and need not apply.
SSC GD Age Limit (as on 01/08/2023)
Candidate is required to be between 18 to 23 years in order to be eligible for SSC Constables 2023 Notification Exam. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-08-2000 and later than 01-08-2005. Age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government rules.

SSC Constables 2023 Selection Process
The entire recruitment process of SSC Constables 2023 Notification will be completed in four stages: Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and at the last the Medical Test. The candidates will be shortlisted for SSC GD Constable posts in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau. through the following stages-

For Computer-Based Examination of SSC Constables 2023 Notification
The computer-based examination for SSC Constables 2023 Notification will be of 160 marks consisting of 80 questions. There will be 4 sections in the online exam to be attempted in 60 minutes. 0.50 marks will be deducted when a question is attempted wrong. There will be no penalty if the question is left unanswered. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for SSC Constables 2023 Notification
The candidate must be efficient to finish the race within the time limit as mentioned in the below table. The limit has been set differently for candidates of Ladakh region.

SSC Constables 2023 Notification Pay Scales
- Pay Scale Pay Level–1(Rs. 18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NIA and
- Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) for all others posts.
In addition to the Basic, DA, HRA and Other allowances are admissible.
How to apply Online for SSC Constables 2023 Notification
Applications must be submitted in online mode at the official website of the Commission i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned color passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The photograph should not be more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of Examination. Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The Photograph should be without cap, spectacles and frontal view of the face should be visible.
