NEET UG 2024 Final Merit List Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the final, revised result scorecards for NEET UG 2024 today on July 25, 2024. Earlier on July 23, 2024, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the revised final result of NEET UG 2024 would be released within the next two days. Once NTA announces the final merit list, candidates can check it on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in.

NEET 2024 Final Results [Released]

On July 23, the Supreme Court dismissed petitions calling for the cancellation and re-conduct of the NEET UG 2024 exam. The court found no substantial evidence indicating a systemic issue with the exam results.

During the hearing, the Apex Court ruled that there was no systemic breach in the NEET UG 2024 examination. While acknowledging the leak of the question paper in Hazaribagh and Patna, the court determined that the results were not vitiated.

Further, the Supreme Court directed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to release the revised merit list. This list will be based on IIT Delhi’s expert committee recommendations regarding a controversial physics question that has been at the center of confusion and debate, affecting the marks and rankings of many students.

The NEET (UG) – 2024 was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 5 from 02:00 to 05:20 P.M. (IST) at 4750 Centres in 571 cities (including 14 cities abroad) for more than 24 lakhs candidates. The result of the NEET (UG) – 2024 was initially declared on June 4.

According to the previous result, 67 students shared all-India rank 1, of them, six were on the list due to being compensated with extra marks for time lost during the examination because of mistakes made by invigilators. As many as 44 students topped the exam because of the grace marks.

Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the link that reads, ‘Click here for revised scorecards’.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Enter the asked credentials and click on submit.
Step 5: Your NEET UG revised scorecard will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Check your result, download it and take a printout of it.
